Jessica Delp is a philanthropist and an active donor to various charities. She is the wife of MLB star Kris Bryant.
Jessica Delp Bryant was born on the 4th of March 1992 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is the daughter of Yoko Delp, a woman of Japanese origin. Very little is known about her father. She has an elder brother, Tomo Delp, who just like Jessica’s husband Kris, is a baseball player. He is yet to make it into the MLB though.
Delp attended Bonanza High School in Las Vegas, where on top of being a brilliant student, was actively involved in sports particularly softball. She later attended University of Las Vegas Nevada for her college studies as she chose to stay close to home, a decision that might have pleased her parents. At UNLV, Delp studied psychology, graduating in 2014.
Jessica Delp relationship and marriage
Jessica Delp and Kris Bryant started dating in 2007. They were both in their second year of high school and 15 at the time. Being minors, they had to depend on their elder siblings to provide transport for their dates. After high school graduation, they chose to keep their relationship strong despite attending distant colleges. Their bond remained strong.
The couple got engaged on 24th December 2015 after announcing the news on their social media handles. Later on 7th January 2017, they walked down the aisle in an event that featured family and friends as well as Kris Bryant’s teammates.
On April 7th 2020, the couple welcomed their first child, a boy name Kyler Lee Bryant. They are often seen together in baseball games in various cities.
Jessica Delp career
Other than supporting her husband and raising their child, Jessica has no other known job. She is however heavily involved in philanthropy, reportedly working with an organization that supports cancer patients.
