Greetings to all,

As you all know by now, I am leaving KTN end of this month to pursue new interest. The decision to leave was a very hard one, particularly considering my exciting time with all of you at KTN.

I truly had a rewarding experience and cannot emphasize enough how much I was inspired. KTN is now unequivocally part of me and will always continue to be part of me. This is the impact that not only KTN had on me, but more importantly, all of you. I take this earliest opportunity to appreciate all the assistance the company has accorded me in my career, nurturing me from young naive journalist to a competent, award-winning, and courageous investigative journalist.

I’m humbled by the moulding I have received at the standard group, but it is time I have to leave. Clearly together we created and continue to create something very special in Kenya. I truly hope you will all continue to build on what we have achieved so far. Above all, what I will take with me is the passion I have seen in most of you while running the day to day duty.

In conclusion, I will continue to say what I said in the past to many of you that KTN is and will continue to be one of the fastest growing company across the country. This means plenty of personal and career development opportunities to each and every staff as well as resources to do bigger things.

We have sometimes quarreled and talked to each other in a harsh tone. If I may have wronged you in one way or the other in the course of my duty, kindly do forgive me. All my contacts will remain the same. Call me and let’s have a cup of LATTE together anytime you feel like because I will always be available.

I truly hope that you will all make KTN even more special and wish everyone success and happiness in life. I will continue to stay intouch. Kindest regards to all and God bless KTN.

Regards: Mohammed Ali
