Tallia Oyando is undoubtedly one of the longest-serving media personalities in the game. The Homeboyz radio presenter, fondly referred to as the Night Nurse, started conquering the airwaves at the tender age of 19 and she is still very much relevant.
When she is not being a reggae ambassador on radio and television, Tallia is a renown fitness enthusiast. In early 2015, she embarked on a rigorous diet and fitness program to achieve a banging body by June and named the challenge ‘Booty Shorts in June’.
Three years later, Tallia is still at it seeing as fitness is a life-long commitment. Following the start of July, the ‘One Love’ reggae show presenter took to Instagram to update her fans and fellow fitness enthusiasts on her progress.
According to Tallia, she is still not exactly where she wanted to be but she is happy.
“So here I am. Not exactly where I wanted to be but I am here. I have the kind of body that would add weight quick if I wasn’t serious and lose it quick if I was. Work tied me down (thank God for work) I didn’t even have the energy to work out. Anyway, I am here and I am not perfect. But my journey does not end here,” wrote Tallia.
She added, “So anyway here I am its still June so #bootyshortsinjune I will do better next year I will be where I want but for now I am happy.”
