As reality shows continue to make inroads in the local Television scene, celebrity couple Bahati and Diana Marua have announced the return of their show.

The Bahatis are said to be shooting the second season of ‘Bahati Reality'(formerly Being Bahati).

The couple said the show will be bigger and better after a three-year hiatus that was occasioned by the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We are privileged to be the first Kenyans to risk it in a reality show on national TV, and you know when you are first to do something, when you come back, you need to be better. And we promise you that it is going to be a banger and you should expect the new season of the Bahatis soon,” Bahati and Diana said.

The couple hopes to make history as the first reality TV in East Africa to feature on Netflix.

“Right now, we are creating a serious banger and you never know, maybe this will be the first East African reality show on Netflix,” Bahati said.

Diana said the second season will be all about family, showcasing who they are, their life, and what they stand for, including the virtues of family and lifestyle.

“It’s going to be the best family reality show in Africa. There is a lot to be expected on that show, but trust me, it’s going to be a different level,” Bahati said.
