Keroche Breweries heiress Anerlisa Muigai has said she does not regret marrying Tanzanian singer Ben Pol.
Speaking to reporters in Tanzania, Ms Muigai played coy about why their marriage fell apart only saying that everything is a lesson.
She did, however, fault Ben Pol for disrespecting their marriage by speaking about it after it failed.
“When people split, then you move on. I would rather not talk about it. I would say a lot(happened) but I will restrain myself because of the respect I have for my family and their privacy,” she said.
On whether she bankrolled Ben Pol’s lifestyle, Anerlisa said, “No comment.”
The businesswoman also indicated that she will date a Kenyan man.
Anerlisa also revealed that she was shocked after BenPol reverted back to Christianity just two weeks after converting to Islam.
“I was shocked at him for making that decision.”
Anerlisa signed her divorce papers early this year to terminate her marriage with Ben Pol.
