Amani National Congress (ANC) party leader Musalia Mudavadi has hit out at Deputy President William Ruto over what he termed as disrespect and attacks against President Uhuru Kenyatta.
According to Mudavadi, it was strange for the DP to exchange words with his boss.
“Hatujawahi kuona wakati mwingine ambapo kuna marushiano ya maneno na ukosefu wa heshima kutoka kwa ofisi ya naibu wa rais kuelekezwa kwa ofisi ya rais na wafusi wao, kwa sababu mkubwa wa taifa ama mkubwa wa chama cha Jubilee ama mkubwa wa serikali iliyoko ni Uhuru Kenyatta, kwa hivo sisi hushangaa sana,” he said during an interview at Inooro FM on Tuesday.
Mudavadi further said DP Ruto should just step aside or accept collective responsibility for the performance of the govt whether bad or good.
The ANC leader noted that DP Ruto takes credit for the good development projects of the Jubilee government while distancing himself from its failures.
