Kenya’s most popular female comedian Teacher Wanjiku is the new brand ambassador for DADA (Dare to Aspire Dare to Achieve) by Stanbic Bank.
The new initiative by the lender seeks to empower women with financial and non-financial solutions like education and networking opportunities.
An excited Teacher Wanjiku broke the news to her Instagram followers this week. “Am happy To Announce Am the New Brand Ambassador for ‘Dada’ by Stanbic Bank. My New home. Excited about This New Journey,” she wrote.
Additionally, the former Churchill Show comedienne is set to be feted in the USA on July 6th, 2019 as ‘The Most Influential Woman in Her Time’.
Teacher Wanjiku said she will be receiving the award in Seattle, where she is also slated to the Miss Kenya USA winner.
She wrote, “I will be receiving This prestigious Award in Seattle Washington… I will Also be Crowning Miss Kenya USA Winner, I am humbled ????Thank you God. #TeacherWanjikuinAmerica.”
The funny woman also thanked her loyal fans for walking with her on this journey.
