Team Mafisi members are everywhere. You spot them everyday and their numbers may have risen due to the unforgiving cold weather.
One ‘Fisi’ who should seriously be considered for the ‘Fisi’ of the Month award is a matatu driver who was caught on camera feasting on a lady with his eyes.
It is my hope that he did not endanger the lives of his passengers and fellow motorists as he drove to a$$land.
