Former TPF Finalist Steve Acquires Ksh 200 Million Property in Machakos County

Former Tusker Project Fame finalist Steve Nyabwa has gone into real estate with his wife Lydia. The two who wed last year in a Ksh 5 Million wedding have acquired a Sh200 million development land in Machakos County according to Pulse.
They are said to have acquired the Lukenya plains housing land last year. Word on the street has it that they are working with an international investor to put up a housing project valued at Sh10 billion.
“We have many other businesses besides running a singing ministry. We thank God for all the blessings and for trusting us to manage whatever he has put in our hands,” Steve said.
If true, this would be the biggest investment a local celebrity has announced in Kenyan showbiz.
