Jua Cali Reveals Desire to Venture Into Movies

Kenyans are braced to have a new movie star in the near future. Lupita must have inspired a lot of us, as rapper Jua Cali is the latest to reveal his dream of being in the silver screen.
The Baba Yao hitmaker, revealed that in five years, he would trade his music dominance and take over the screens. In a recent radio interview, he said he has always wanted to be in the film industry.
“Me naona mbali you know? Miaka tano ijayo najiona nikiingia katika sector ya movies. Nimekuwa nikitaka kuingia katika sector hii ya filamu tangu zamani. Sababu naamini ukiwa creative ya kutosha waeza fanya chochote,” he said.
All we can do for now is wait and see how that pans out.
