Michelle Nkatha Ntalami says it has taken her 13 years to maintain her youthful looks and toned figure.
The ‘beautypreneuer’ took to her populous Instagram page with over 490k followers to share some of her tips for living healthy and maintaining a youthful appearance.
“Itโs been 13 years of incorporating fitness and healthy living into my life. 13 years guys!๐๐พ Though several times of course Iโve gone on and off, I always get right back on track. ๐” she wrote.
The Marini Naturals founder spared some advice for people in their 20s: “Start early. Your body will thank you later for it.”
According to Ntalami starting early can help one look at least two decades younger.
“You will probably have the benefit of looking like youโre still in your twenties for 2 decades.๐” she told the ladies in their 20s.
The 38-year-old also encouraged fellow women in her age bracket to keep at it.
“To my 30+ and older, letโs keep going! Fitness is a long game. We fall, we fail, we get right back up! Or at least we hope we can, right after them burpees. ๐” she joked.
Michelle Ntalami urged the ladies to put similar effort into their bodies as they do for their faces.
