Kenyans on social media are calling on the roads authority NTSA to revoke Larry Madowo’s driving licence with immediate effect. JK!
This is after the celebrated journo showcased his wanting driving skills in a video he uploaded to his socials on Wednesday.
While Larry wasn’t exactly driving a real car, his followers on social media aren’t convinced that he should be allowed anywhere near a vehicle.
Larry, who last month took a work break at BBC Africa to join Columbia University’s Journalism School in New York, has also been taking time off his studies to have some fun. After all, all work and no play makes Larry a dull boy.
In the clip he uploaded to his socials, the former Nation Media Group crown jewel tried his hands and feet at Forza Motorsport 7 racing video game on a VRX motion simulator and failed spectacularly.
The self-professed technophile tried to save his blushes saying that he is a better driver in real life but no one was buying it.
“I’m a better driver than this in real life, I̶ ̶p̶r̶o̶m̶i̶s̶e̶ I think. Can you drive better than me? Believe me, it’s not that easy,” he wrote.
Check him out in the video below and some reactions from Kenyans.
