Comedian JB Masanduku is counting months to his wedding that might be graced by Deputy President William Ruto.
After his failed marriage with radio personality Tina Kaggia, JB is set to remarry this November. He was set to make an honest woman out of his girlfriend Jackie Karanja on her birthday on August 24 but he has postponed it to November 11 in honour of his late mother.
“That is my late mum’s birthday and I want to honour her as I honour the person I love,” JB told Word Is, adding that his fiancée always speaks about how she would have wanted to meet her.
“I have talked to my people and the plans are all set. She chose to honour my mum.”
He described his mother as the most generous person he knew, who taught him that, “Whenever there is a problem, I don’t need to be quick to react and that has helped me.”
In addition to DP Ruto, JB Masandaku said he has invited popular personalities like comedian Churchill, Teacher Wanjiku, DJ Shiti and TV presenter Betty Kyallo.
“Ruto was easy when I invited him,” he said.
