East Africa’s worst kept secret is finally out; Tanasha Donna is pregnant with Diamond’s Baby.
The Kenyan radio presenter/singer and the Tanzanian Bongo superstar revealed the gender of the unborn baby during a joint Great Gatsby-themed birthday party for Tanasha and Diamond’s mum last weekend.
“Mpenzi wangu Tanasha ana mtoto wangu. Sioni maana ya kuficha fiche mambo haya,” Diamond said, adding that Tanasha is seven months pregnant.
And Tanasha has also finally spoken about her bun in the oven for the first time on social media.
Taking to IG on Tuesday afternoon, the NRG radio presenter opened up about how fast the pregnancy happened. Tanasha confessed she was initially apprehensive about the pregnancy but with time, she realized it was a blessing from God.
“We couldn’t hide anymore, but protecting my son I will do with my life. 7 months pregnant, 2 more to go and I must say this happened so fast and all so unexpectedly, at first I was convinced I wasn’t ready, but as time goes I realize I couldn’t have received a better blessing from God,” she wrote.
The ‘Radio’ singer further penned a sweet message to her unborn son, describing him as handsome and vowing to protect him with her life.
“My handsome son, ( yes I know you’re handsome from those 3D ultrasound pics ?? ) you are favoured, loved and blessed. God has a big purpose for you, you’re amongst God’s favoured. One day, your father and I will tell you why. ? I cant wait to meet you and be your mom and I pray to God everyday to protect you from the evil eye. No weapon formed against you shall prosper. ?❤? I love you son and I will protect you with my life. ❤❤❤ “
