East Africa’s biggest baby daddy, Diamond Platnumz, is on a campaign against unprotected sex in his hometown Tanzania.

Speaking during an awareness rally between Wasafi Classic Baby (WCB)and Tume ya Kudhibiti Ukimwi Tanzania (TACAIDS), Diamond implored his fans to adopt condom use as the first guard against HIV/AIDS.

“This is the right time for me to retrospect and give advice to my peers and those who love my music. If we were to practice safe sex, we would make strides in reducing infections and the spread of the disease. I don’t believe that the absence of female condoms would increase the spread since coitus involves two. Men should sheath up,” said Diamond.

The Bongo star further observed that some men are notorious for pressurising women to engage in unprotected sex. He urged women to wary of such men.

“Women, ask yourself, why is he forcing or pressurising you into unprotected sex? If you have not agreed to have a baby, say no, be cognisant that he has ill motives against you or wants to force you into motherhood.”

The Wasafi Boss said he has a duty to educate all his fans across the world.

“I am at the opportune time. I have always wanted to impact lives by using my talent to reach out to my fellow youth. It is not me dishing out advice, it also about me adding knowledge,” Diamond said.
