Nyce’s Ex-Hubby Tito Laments Not Being Able to Hug Daughter on her Birthday

June 6, 2019

It is often said that no one in this world can love a girl more than her father. It’s also claimed that the reason why daughters love their dad the most is that there is at least one man in the world who will never hurt her.

On that note, Nyce Wanjeri’s ex-husband Tito Wagithomo has vowed to protect his little girl with his life as she turned eight years old this week.

Taking to social media, Tito penned a heartfelt message to his daughter Natasha as she celebrated her first birthday since her parents’ divorce. In the emotionally-charged post, Tito lamented not being able to hug Natasha on her 8th birthday.

“Over the years we’ve shared a huge hug while wishing you a happy birthday, but today even if that might not happen because of the physical distance, I have you in my heart and that’s where you’ll always be,” wrote Tito.

The comedian also recalled the day Natasha was born saying he was the happiest young dad ever. Tito further intimated that his daughter might be young to understand her parents’ divorce.

He wrote in full;

“Natasha my lovely daughter, exactly 8 years ago you came into my life. After a sleepless night of feeling impatient, anxious and praying to God for all to turn out well. Then you came and I held your tiny self in my arms. I was the happiest young dad ever.

“Over the years we’ve shared a huge hug while wishing you a happy birthday, but today even if that might not happen because of the physical distance, I have you in my heart and that’s where you’ll always be.

“It might be hard for you to understand some things at your age, like all we do is miss each other, but in the next 10 years you’ll be 18, and get a hang of grownup issues. Even then, you’ll still be daddy’s little girl no matter where both of us will be, and I’ll protect you with my life. I LOVE YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. HAPPY 8TH BIRTHDAY MAMAA. ❤”
