The self-professed Mr.International Khaligraph Jones is walking the talk.

The high-flying Kenyan rapper was recently on an eye-opening excursion to Nigeria and he returned to Nairobi bearing more than one gift.

In addition to sparking an industry-shaking debate about media stakeholders not giving Kenyan music acts enough airplay, Khaligraph has also returned with the visuals for his massive ‘East meets West’ banger – Gwala.

‘Gwala’ is a slang word meaning a lot of cash, the banger is assisted by Nigerian rap star Ycee.

It is the second video from the “Testimony 1990” album and first official music video from Khaligraph Jones in 2019.

The video was shot in Lagos, Nigeria by director TG Omori while the song was produced by Motiff under Blu ink record stable.

Our rating for ‘Gwala’: a solid 8.5/10.
