International Women’s Day is a little over a month away but every day is always a good day to celebrate the woman in all her glory.
To this effect, Kenyan songbird Victoria Kimani and Tanzanian legend Professor Jay have teamed up to release a brilliant East African collabo.
The track is dubbed ‘Woman’, with Prof Jay featuring the sassy Pan-African songstress. The two East African music heavyweights began working on ‘Woman’ in November last year.
It premiered on YouTube on Thursday, proving to be worth the two-month wait to a lot of YouTube users.
Victoria Kimani says of the song: “Your Mamma would Love this song… so would mine …?? What a Perfect time as every time to Appreciate, Recognize and Worship WOMEN … because OMG, we do everything ❗️❗️❗️ We are the brains behind every operation, Life givers, and Angels on earth.”
