We have all been there; that agonizing moment when we are sleep-deprived and fighting off sleep because we have to stay awake by any means necessary.
While sleep is one of the most important things in our lives, the hustle and bustle of the modern world can sometimes limit our much-needed shut-eye to a few hours. Fortunately, our bodies are much smarter than we are, and they take what rightfully belongs to them, sometimes in the most unexpected places.
That’s exactly what happened to a supposed clerk during a court hearing this week. Dressed in a sharp suit, the unidentified man was locked in a tenacious clash with sleep during the hearing of the Migori governorship appeal in Kisumu.
The man who was seemingly determined not to miss out as learned friends argued their cases, tried all known tactics to stay awake but lost the epic battle.
The epic clash was caught on camera and shared online.
