Road or Shamba? Mama Wahu Road Along Ngong Road has Banana Plantation (PHOTOS)

The state of Mama Wahu road at Ngando in Nairobi’s Dagoretti area has shocked social media users after photos went viral.
The photos show a section of the road spotting banana plantations in what looks more like a ‘shamba’ than a road.
The road was named Mama Wahu following the death of founding President Jomo Kenyatta’s widow, Wahu, in 2007. Promises were made to have the road tarmacked in honor of Wahu’s legacy but to date nothing has been done.
