Kenya Defense Forces is one of the most equipped military forces not only in East Africa but in the continent. According to Global Firepower ranking index, our country’s defense team that is KDF (Kenya Navy, Army and Air Force) is placed 68 in the top 100 armies in the world.
In the annual budget, KDF receives a whooping 60 billion form the local government, with part of the money going into the purchase of military equipment. With such kind of money being dished out to beef up the security of the nation, one would wonder what kind equipment they usually operate, here they are.
