PHOTO – Uhuru was Accompanied by His Son Jomo as He Inspected The Standard Gauge Railway Progress

Is this a sign of things to expect? President Uhuru Kenyatta was on Friday at Mtito Andei to inspect the progress of the Standard Gauge Railway. He was accompanied by several cabinet secretaries and government officials, and conspicuously by his eldest son Jomo.
Considering this is the first time we are building railway since the Indians did it more than a century ago, perhaps the young man wanted to see history first hand, or he is being prepped for a political career. The younger son is more into fashion, so perhaps Jomo is the more realistic project 2030 or 2040.
