Flamboyant politician Stanley Livondo is back in the news.The Star reports that he caused a stir during Mulembe Night at Carnivore grounds, when some politicians started flocking around him before he ordered drinks for everyone who wanted.
Livondo is known for his generous ways, mostly remembered for his campaigns in 2007 where he would throw bundles of money from his car or chopper.
Reportedly, he will be back on the ballot in 2017, this time running for a seat in Western. The paper further reports that he has prepared Sh1.7 billion for projects in Western, in a bid to gain favour on the ground.
