2013 was a good year for the Kenyan film industry as it saw the production of some of the good programs and movies such as House of Lungula. As a result more and more Kenyans are taking on acting as a career and the local film fan base has increased enormously. The industry can now boast of A-list actors from the likes of Catherine Kamau alias ‘Celina ‘ of Mother- In -Law to Ian Mbugua, popularly known as judge Ian who starred in the controversial movie ‘House of Lungula’.
