For some time now, Makadara MP has been having this crazy hair style, and just when we though he was about to get rid of it, he appeared in Parliament with a fresher one. It’s ingenious of him, and before we judge him for ‘indecent’ behaviour, we should probably just read the message it carries; PEACE. Maybe he means well after all.
