Kenya is not really much into health care. Most hospitals around the country are in bad shape, and it is only after devolution that ambulances have started coming in.
However, one is tempted to ask whether these are really ambulances or just some transport vehicles for the sick. A proper ambulance should be able to offer basic to average medical treatment, courtesy of the equipment on board.
