The First Lady of Kenyan hip-hop Nazizi Hirji is madly in love.
The versatile music act, formerly of Kenya’s pioneer reggae and dancehall group Necessary Noize alongside Wyre, is celebrating one year of a blissful romantic relationship with her hunk of a man.
The 37 -year-old mother of one has been dating one, @boy_caro on Instagram, a runway/ commercial model who takes his fitness seriously.
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday to mark one year since her life changed, Nazizi poured her heart out in praise of Boy Caro.
“13.02.18 My life changed.
Thanks for the highs and the lows the ups and the downs and mostly for being there for me through thick and thin.
Thanks for all the times you had to sit backstage at my gigs. For sacrificing your time and energy towards my goals and dreams.
Thanks for being my personal photographer my trainer and most of all my Very own Nurse for all those days and nights I was sick and no one knew.

Boy Caro was equally stoked as the couple celebrated their one year anniversary just a day before Valentine’s Day. He also returned the favor on his Instagram, saying there is no one like Nazizi.
