Comedian Mulamwah, born David Oyando, has issued a comprehensive statement regarding his highly publicized split from Carrol Sonie.

In a long post on social media, Mulamwah disclosed that they decided to go their separate ways a long time ago.

“Sad, but carrol & I decided to call it quits. We both decided to separate a very long time ago but we so it fit to also put everything straight that we are no longer together as partners,” he said.

Mulamwah noted that going forward, they will prioritise their daughter.

“Of course our beautiful daughter’s priorities come first, and she will never lack anything within my reach,” he vowed.

Mulamwah also shared a picture of himself and Carrol straddling a quad bike, noting that it was his favourite picture.

He also penned some words for Carrol, indicating that there’s no bad blood between them.

“Only you and I know what memories it(pictiure) evokes and what prevailed after. It has been the best experience with you by my side.

“Thanks for everything. I still have the utmost respect for you, and all the best ahead,” Mulamwah stated.

The comedian at the same time urged his fans not to judge them for their choices.

“Don’t be too quick to judge neither me, carrol nor ruth for our actions and choices maybe one day it will all unfold open and you’ll get the clear picture of what really transpired. It’s not easy to just step out without solid reasons, we could no longer sacrifice our peace and live in pretense for your happiness,” he explained.
