Sauti Sol’s guitarist, composer, and producer, Polycarp Otieno who is better known as ‘Fancy Fingers’ has officially quit the bachelor’s club.
Polycarp exchanged vows with his longtime girlfriend Lady Mandy in an elegant traditional wedding on Saturday in Bujumbura, Burundi.
Sauti Sol publicist Anyiko Owoko was first to break the news on social media, wishing the newly-weds everlasting love and light.
“Do I need to say more? Congrats to @itsmefancyfingers & @iamladymandy for making it official via Burundian traditional customs. I’ve never been at a more wonderful ceremony. Wish you two nothing but everlasting love and light,” she posted.
The lovebirds are believed to have been dating for more than 5 years before going public two years ago.
Lady Mandy is a popular stylist and has worked with various media personalities including Amina Abdi, Kalekye Mumo, Mercy Masika and Janet Mbugua.
She specifically worked with Janet Mbugua in her ‘Week of Possibilities’ fashion project.
Their traditional wedding coincided with Sauti Sol’s concert in Burundi in their ongoing Melanin World Tour.
Rumor has it that the main wedding ceremony is slated for some time in November.
