UB40 are listed as President Uhuru’s favourite band, but I bet that changed to Sauti Sol when they released their mega hit Sura Yako last year.
They’ve been invited to nearly all state events and even entertained guests at the President’s birthday last year.
On Jamhuri Day celebrations last year, Uhuru was caught on camera singing the words, but blushed immediately he saw his face splashed on the big screen.
On Sunday however, the President was ready to show the country that he had some moves and not even his Deputy William Ruto’s cluelessness would put him down.
