Japanese fast food chain Teriyaki Japan yesterday opened their first outlet in Nairobi, after investing more than Sh100 million.
The grilled chicken outlet is located along Mama Ngina street near Corner house. The outlet has employed over 40 workers, and its owners, Toridoll Corporation, plans to open 10 more in the city over the next two years.
Teriyaki Japan joins a growing list of global fast food outlets that have set up shop in Nairobi in recent months, among them KFC, Dominos, Cold Stone and Subway.
