Moses kuria Alan WadiThe always neutral Kenyan law  is now being put into tough questioning after showing it’s partiality in broad daylight when it got Wadi imprisoned for social media hate speech while it pardoned Moses Kuria for the same charges. Portraying that the law is only above those with little or no say within the society, Alan Wadi was jailed for two years just days after his arrest but the Gatundu South MP got off with an apology.
The perceived unfairness caused a lot of reactions on Twitter.
