After he won the grand prize in the East African Tusker Project Fame3 show, Alpha Rwirangira held so much promise in becoming a bigwig in the African music industry. He went on to record and collaborate with Tanzania’s AY and Uganda’s Bebe Cool in songa mbele and Come to me respectively.
Unlike previous TPF winners Valerie and Esther who headed South to record with Universal Music group as per the show’s organisers pledge, Alpha’s recording deal could not materialise in unclear circumstances. He however came out to accuse the organisers of failing to honour their promises and has since disappeared into oblivion.
Well, it has now been revealed where the husky voiced singer has been. Speking to Citizen TV’s Mseto EA. He revealed he is studying in the States.
