dennisInvestigative journalist Dennis Okari is set to leave NTV for the BBC. This is according to a report by Kahawa Tungu.
Apparently, Okari, who has been trending recently for his groundbreaking investigative series, will be joining the BBC London team for training. He is tipped to be the next authoritative African voice, following the death of Komlar Dumol.
Among the investigative series by the journalist in his short time at NTV have been seeds of sin – which looked at fake pastors, and last weekend’s Foul Winds – which showed us how muslims are being radicalised.
He is also credited for forcing the government to improve security at JKIA after exposing loopholes.
Dennis is engaged to beautiful KTN news anchor Betty Kyalo, with whom he’s expecting his first child.
If the report is true, he will surely be missed.
