
Speaking during the unveiling ceremony, Safaricom CEO Bob collymore said that the festival was a surety to Kenyans on their commitment to develop the entertainment industry.
“Through the provision of this platform for a rich, timeless genre of music, we are reaffirming our commitment of developing the arts industry in Kenya.”
Some of the musicians set to perform in the event include: Rhythm Junks, The nile project, Yuval Cohen, and Kenya’s own Kavutha, Jacob Asiyo, Aaron “Crucial Keys” Rimbui, Chris Bittok and Eddie Grey.
The event aims at opening the arts industry to International singers.
