This morning, Kenya’s main airport, Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, was on fire. The international arrivals area was completely engulfed in the inferno, causing the airport to close down indefinitely.
The fire which started at around 4 am was contained by 9am. All flights have been diverted to the Moi International Airport in Mombasa and the Eldoret International Airport.
