A Pint sized prosecutor in Germany is suing a witness who spent most of his time in the dock laughing at her 3 ,8 height. Wadim Golanev, 25, went out of control when he saw the size of the prosecutor and could not even answer her questions. Instead, he is said to have sang “Heigh-ho heigh-ho!” from Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, while pointing at her.
As he was leaving the court, he was handed summons to appear next month. Schoenfleisch-Backofen, 29, also referred to as “power frau”- powerful woman, is regarded as one of the toughest prosecutors in Germany. She is believed to have become a lawyer so she could sue the health ministry for refusing her to get into med school because of her size.
