Rapper Lil Wayne just got another tattoo. It is 999 or if you like, 666. It is claimed that he did that in honour of former republican presidential front runner Herman Cain who had proposed a 999 policy. Lil Wayne is not known to be political and thus honouring Herman Cain this way has been viewed with skepticism. Flipping the picture will clearly replace the 999 with a 666. Why he would tattoo himself with this number is beyond me, so you be the judge.
