If you are a user of google,(which you are) then you will have noticed the google guitar doodle. Internet surfers were today, 9th June, treated to the best google doodle ever made. It has been designed to mark Les Paul’s 96th birthday. Les Paul is one of the world renowned pioneer electric guitarists. Unfortunately he is not alive to see his doodle since he died back in 2009 at the age of 94.
The one thing that makes this doodle the best ever, is the fact that it is alive. You can play the guitar by dragging your mouse over the wires. The recording is saved and a URL for your audio recording is given. You can then forever listen to your work as you remember Les Paul. There is however a catch to this, you have to be in USA.
