Here in Kenya, government properties meant to serve citizens are often misused right before the very eyes of the citizens. In case you forgot, last week we had reports of some wealthy individuals’ kids being flown around in a police plane the same time the government claimed it had no chopper to fly Recce squad to Garissa.
Well, apart that incidence, Kisii has also shocked many people after photos showing how government cars in the county are being used for transportation of sand to what appears to be a private construction site surfaced online.
