Nominated Senator Karen Nyamu has extended her support to fellow politician Millicent Omanga after an alleged nude video of her circulated on social media.
The video shows a woman who resembles the Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) in the Ministry of Internal Security taking a nap in bed butt-naked. The woman can also be seen in a dress similar to the one Omanga wore during a tree-planting project.
However, the authenticity of the clip remains unverified, with Millicent Omanga responding to the social media storm with a Bible verse.
“Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you. Luke 10:19. Blessed day peeps,” Omanga wrote.
The video also caught the attention of Karen Nyamu, who encouraged CAS Omanga to keep her head up.
Nyamu also noted the video is not a big deal and that the focus should be on the culprit who filmed the video and leaked it online.
