How You Can Perform At E-sir’s Tribute Concert

Sunday 16th March marked 11 years after E-sir’s demise in a grisly road accident. The Ogopa deejays rapper was returning to Nairobi from a show in Nakuru when the accident occurred. He was in the company of his friend and fellow musician Nameless. Nameless survived with injuries but he has since recovered.
E-sir was one of the greatest rappers we had then and he set high bars in rap music. In short, he was Kenya’s 2 Pac Shakur and we are yet to see another like him. With such a reputation, the boomba train hitmaker surely deserves a huge 11th anniversary and he will get exactly that.
Industry night is organising a concert to celebrate the life of E-sir. The dates of the event will be available soon but for now there is a way you can get your name on the performers’ list. All you have to do is to rap or sing, whichever you are comfortable with, to any of E-sir’s songs. Take a video and post it on industry night facebook page and if they like your performance then you are in.
Artists set to perform include Tallia, BigPin, Manga, Habib, Sauti Sol, Mejja, Rabbit, Xtatic, Collo, Muthoni the Drummer Queen among others.
