Though the reigning government has accomplished some of their promises, most of them are yet to come to reality. For instance, the laptop project that was to see every lower primary kid get a laptop is one of the most heartbreaking unfulfilled promises ever given to Kenyans since time immemorial.
Now that elections are just a corner away, people have decided to come out and air their grievances on matters in which they feel the government has let them down. Criticizing the jubilee gov’t for the vacuum promises, some people opposed to the party have now been calling it ‘serikali ya kusema na kutenga’. In fact some creative lad known as Ombati Edwin has already composed a poem about it.
