News out of government indicate that spokesman Eric Kiraithe has been shown the door.
A statement by ICT Cabinet Secretary Joe Mucheru names (Rtd) Colonel Cyrus Oguna as the new Government Spokesman. Oguna was the spokesperson for ‘Operation Linda Nchi’.
No reasons were given for the change of guard.
Kiraithe has previously served as Police Spokesman, and the general manager in charge of security at the Kenya Airports Authority.
