For all her beauty and charm on and off the television screen, Betty Kyallo was always bound to have both fans and stalkers alike. It is an occupational hazard that the KTN news presenter seems to be handling well at the moment.
The latest victim of Betty’s enchanting persona is one Naphas Masia. Masia appears to have crossed the line between fan and stalker, and has ultimately been blocked by Betty Kyallo on her social media platforms.
Apparently, he has been showing too much love.
But Naphas says: “She blocked me on social media because of some issues. You do know that Betty is no longer pals with Susan Kaittany? Well, I was pals with both of them, and when she found out that I had gone to meet Susan, she got angry and blocked me.”
Asked by Hotsecretz if he is a stalker, he said: “Apana, mimi si stalker.”
“Betty and I talk. I meet her at various events. We do know each other. We talk all the time. I even have her number. We chat all the time on WhatsApp. I just want you to tell her I love her.”
In fact, the Kenyatta University law student left a special message and insisted that it’s forwarded to Betty Kyallo.
It reads: “Dear Betty Kyallo, I will always be there for you, fight for you and try to make sure you smile. You know that I love you with all my heart, I want to keep you and never let you go. My love for you is like corruption in Kenya, it will never end.”
