Prepare yourselves to be blown away by the next Kenyan film from the highly acclaimed director of “Nairobi Half Life”, David Tosh Gitonga.
Dubbed “Disconnect”, it is a romantic comedy about Nairobi’s absurd dating scene.
The romcom boasts a star-studded cast that comprises of Nick Mutuma, Brenda Wairimu, Catherine Kamau, Pascal Tokodi, Bridgette Shighadi, Pierra Makena, Patricia Kihoro, and more.
We understand the movie will be available on Koko TV, an Android media center that gives you access to unlimited content from different media providers.
A premiere date is, however, yet to be disclosed, with actors Nick Mutuma and Brenda Wairimu, who are credited with being the movie’s associate producers, taking to social media to announce its impending premiere.
Brenda Wairimu, wrote: “So…..it’s coming!!!! I’m so excited. I’m so nervous. I’m so I dunno. Hehehe!!! Coming soon on @kokoafrica….. #DisconnectTheMovie”
While Nick posted on the gram; “Dear world, hope you’re ready to see Nairobi like you’ve never seen it!”
