It appears Mombasa County Governor Hassan Joho was not mincing his words when he said he would be bringing Nicki Minaj to Kenya.
Over a year ago, shortly after Chris Brown rocked the Coastal city, Joho announced that he was working on logistics to bring the Grammy-Award winning rapper.
Jamal Gaddafi, the MC at Chris Brown’s concert last October, echoed Joho’s statements, telling the crowd to spread the word on Nicki’s impending concert.
Well, months later, it appears the Trinidadian-born American rapper is set to jet into the country this October.
Though there has been no official confirmation, a poster of Nicki Minaj’s impending arrival has emerged on social media circles.
It indicates that Nicki Minaj will make an appearance at Mombasa October Fiesta. The poster captioned ‘coming soon’ also indicates tickets prices which range from Sh5,000 to Sh50,000.
For now, we cannot independently verify the authenticity of the poster, but social media is already buzzing with excitement.
