For a guy who was once a street urchin, Ghetto Radio presenter James Kang’ethe alias Bonoko ‘Safara Wa Mungu’ is undeniably the epitome of a rags to riches story.
The sheng-loving radio presenter shot to fame after he was caught on a viral video explaining to journalists how a mutura vendor in Ngara was killed and framed by the cops using a fake gun(bonoko).
Since then, his star has been shining brightly as he got a new lease of life away from the streets and into the radio booth where he commands a huge following.
A perfect illustration that Bonoko is riding high comes in the form of a recently acquired German machine.
The new Range Rover Sport happens to be an upgrade from a Subaru Impreza he acquired in 2015.
Taking to social media to flaunt the new wheels, Bonoko thanked God with a simple: “Shukran Sir Jah joo.”
