With fitness becoming quite popular in the country, fitness regimens to cater for pregnant women are also available. And who better to illustrate how to work out a baby bump than DJ Pierra Makena.
The entertainer, who is in her second trimester, tried her hands on working out recently. She was challenged by FitRepublic.Ke, and gave it a real shot that has served as an inspiration to many women.
In the video, she is seen rubbing her tummy and and saying that she is not going to overdo it because she is not alone.
