VIDEO: Wamalwa Tries To Shake Peter Munya’s Hand… Left Hanging Badly

Well, that’s awkward.
During the Devolution Conference last week, Meru Governor Peter Munya was caught on camera ‘snubbing’ Water Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa.
Seated on the front row were various leaders including the Cabinet Secretaries, Governor Munya and Cord leader Raila Odinga.
Munya was busy engaging Raila, and at some point did not even see Wamalwa’s extended hand. The CS tried to conceal the ‘snub’ by placing the hand on the elbow, but TV cameras had caught the entire thing.
